All prices at Baby Vegas are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Shipping is $10.95 per order, Australia wide. Orders over $250.00 are delivered free within Australia.
EXPRESS POST: This is now a service offered and can be selected in check out.
PICK UP OPTION: Yes we offer pick up for our local Redlands customers from our Mt Cotton location. Just enter your address into checkout and then click to the next page and the pick up option will appear. Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you a text message with the address for pick up. Please contact us if you would like to collect and are outside of the Redlands area.
Deliveries within Australia are via Australia Post, unless stated otherwise, and can take 3-10 business days, depending on your location. A signature will be required on delivery and you will be emailed a tracking number.
Express Post is a faster service, but may not be overnight. This will depend on your location and whether you are in an Express Post zone.
NOTE: Please ensure you have the correct delivery address on your order. If the wrong address is entered in checkout there will be a re-delivery charge of $10.95 if Australia Post are unable to redirect your order prior to it being returned.
Please note: we no longer ship outside of Australia. Any orders placed with a delivery address outside of Australia will be refunded in full.
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Baby Vegas. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or issue a refund. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
What is the procedure for the returning of my items?
You can return the damaged or faulty item to us with the following steps :
- Send us an email with your order number and the reason of return.
- Please include a copy of your order in your return package. It will enable us to process your return promptly.
- A replacement unit or refund will be issued upon inspection of the item.
You are not entitled to a refund if:
- you have changed your mind
- you have made an incorrect choice
- you have subsequently found you can purchase the same or similar product for a cheaper price elsewhere.
- you have failed to verify and provide accurate information when placing your order
However, an exchange, refund or credit may be considered if the product:
- is or has become damaged, through no fault of your own;
- does not fit with the stated purpose,
- does not match our description on this website; or
- has defects or faults that were not obvious or which we did not bring to your attention
